and got a lot of great feedback.

You can modify it to your liking and add whatever toppings you'd like
I put kale and turkey on mine :)

♥Lightly coat small pan with coconut oil
♥Separate egg whites from yolks. I used 5 egg whites for mine. The more egg whites you add the thicker the crust. So amount of egg whites varies
♥Pour egg whites into small pan and add herbs (optional) I added oregano, pepper, and garlic pepper.
♥Flip crust when edges start to get golden brown. This is tricky! Be patient! If you flip too soon your pizza will break!
♥Add tomato sauce
♥Add fat free cheese
♥Add your choice of toppings! I used kale and sliced turkey. ♥Sprinkle a lil bit more cheese on top if desired.
♥I put the pizza in my oven and broiled it a lil less than 5 minutes to get the cheese to melt on top.
♥Enjoy! Devour! Like! And share!

This is an omelet, not a pizza.

i also like to use warburtons square wraps. A little more calories (about 100) but yummy!

That is not a pizza and never will be a pizza.

It is a fancy omlette; plain and simple.

Well, the putting it under the broiler part is new for me. So I'll give it a shot. Thanks. :flowerforyou:

I did have an unexpected "say whaaaaaat?!?" response in my head when I saw the topic subject lol but.... It doesn't look bad for a omelette in pizzas clothing

This was awesome! I didn't do it the same exact way, but the idea was great. It saved alot of calories and carbs by using the egg whites as a crust! Thanks for the idea!
