they have a calculator on their website that will tell you exactly what your sandwich is before you even go for easy pre-logging :) i have mine logged before i even step foot in subway my usual is around 380 cals

something i do to self motivate with my food diary i basically know how much running or walking i do and pre-log it when doing my food diary for the day when i feel unmotivated i look at my diary and not wanting to delete food from it and re juggle my macros because i am to lazy to do that makes me want to do the exercise…

i use Six Star Pro Nutrition - Whey Isolate French Vanilla Cream i get it because it is cheap and per gram it is one of the best bang for your buck giving you 30g of Protein per 33g scoop it is also low in sugar when you mix it i into stuff you can definitely taste it but i don't mind it

i don't have what you normally call cheat days, I don't really believe in them. the closes thing i have is a day i ignore my macros(except protein) but still eat to normal calorie allotment

i am not a clean eater look though my diary you will see baconators, fast food, processed food, and all other kinds of stuff as long as it fit is my macros i eat what i want and have lost over 60lbs the deficit is what matters :)

look at my tracker :laugh: 1970 Plymouth Superbird or a 1969 Dodge Charger Daytona (same car different badges) they are very rare and expensive i will probably never own one

I weigh myself multiple times a day and noticed my weight tends to stay at an even keel most of the time though right after eating I tend to gain between 2-4 lbs and then it returns to normal between 2-6 hours later

usually around 300-500 there is a few meals i do that are higer than that but 300-500 is around the norm

do the rest days i did c25k and over did it and strained my Hamstring and was unable to run for almost a month(not overdoing distace but intervals and not enough rest) doing it again and taking it slower this time on week 5

i try not to have Cheat Days just days i keep to my goal but ignore my macros completely, like today i knew we are going to Denny's for dinner and i want a red white and blue pancake puppy sundae in addition to my meal slow cooked pot roast about 1400 cals total out of my total 1,710 calories so i end up last night playing…

anybody else change your goal every time you lose weight? i use to log on WebMD and it did that for you. So by habit when i drop 2 pounds I recalculate everything and reset all the numbers for macros where I want them.
