Day 1 alone sounds like a recipe for how to get constipated beyond belief.0

Seriously...0 -

I hate when I comment on something from so long ago. People must dig deep0

Anytime a "diet" calls for you to follow it a certain number of days, people should run.0 -

I'm going to JUST eat the lowfat cottage cheese and be a model in 3.5 days.0 -
I think it sounds AWESOME.0

I heard that if you find yourself dying a lot during this diet, you can enter: ↑↑↓↓←→←→BA and it will give you like 30 extra lives or something.0

Your booty gonna stank.0

This:Holy egg farts! :sick:First: It's a diet.
Second: It's 9 eggs on the first day.
Third: It lasts only 7 days and teaches you nothing about how to eat right to be healthy.7 days, no underwear. All right, I'm down. That's a lot of eggses..
Aaaaaaaand this:I hate when I comment on something from so long ago. People must dig deep0 -

this is why I clicked on this thread. I'm in for pantsless dieting.0 -
That is a s**t ton of eggs.0

Show me a Royal Marine that has ever performed on this diet. During training they probably BURN 7-8000 calories a day. Thats why they are (from what I recall them telling me) given 4 meals, rather than the 3 meals that the British Army get.0

This thread is strong with DERP0

My thoughts: This sounds terrible! Maintain a calorie deficit, move your body occasionally, and you will lose the weight. Actually, working out isn't even strictly necessary for weight loss.0

Dang..zombie thread.0

Dang..zombie thread.
yes, but mildly entertaining......now for my two cents on the "STRICT commando 7 day diet"....NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO0 -
The diet is called 'commando marine diet' simply because it is very strict; common sense. Marines cannot go through their training programme with just having an egg for breakfast for example, think about it.
My uncle and cousin were marines and their training was really tough; this diet has nothing to do with the marines' eating plan.
They named it 'commando marine' because IT IS VERY STRICT!!!!!!0
