welcome, I would advise to stay away from "fat burners", all diet pills!!!! If you do you will be sorry in the end because the weight will just come back. A slow weight loss is best 1-2 lbs a week, if you loose more good for you. , drink 8 glasses of water everyday on top of your coffee, tea, diet soft drinks, etc. Try…

There's really nothing you can do about the sugar in your fruit & veg's. It a natural sugar, its more about the refined sugar you are putting in your coffee, tea, drinks etc. I make sure that I get in 3 fruits a day, more if I want to, and I eat a lot of veg. try cutting out the refined sugars & don't give up your fruits…
