The JCB mud run in July is a good one. Getting more popular each year. Going to try it this year. Previously done the wolf run a few times but its a bit sparse on the obstacles and that's the bit i like.

This all sounds fun. Going to go for it in the morning with a bit of a workout DVD. might have to be bit before 6 though.

good on you. similar story here but i have built up a bit of a gut in the last few years which i want to get rid of. It is embarrising when taking the kids swimming to be honest. Lots of abs training along with the calorie counting i think
