Trying to become motivated again

I just started MFP today, my goals are to try and maintain my current weight, but cut back on my percentage of fat and turn it into muscle. I used to lift a lot and became very musculer. I have a lot of responsibilities in life, including my family and a full time job. I am looking for some support on how to get back into shape, and become healthy while having the responsibities of a family and a full time job.

    good on you. similar story here but i have built up a bit of a gut in the last few years which i want to get rid of. It is embarrising when taking the kids swimming to be honest. Lots of abs training along with the calorie counting i think
