Thanks, will do.

Thanks for your reply. My family are just annoyed because they thought that as soon as my exams were over, I would just instantly be happy and carefree because I wouldn't have to worry about exams... I can never do yoga because I have no balance. I know I shouldn't be so negative, but I just don't bend or anything, and I…

Greek yogurt, popcorn, a bowl of cereal, fruit, nuts...

I'd definitely recommend frozen veg - it tastes just as good as fresh produce! You can buy big bags that last a while and they are a lot cheaper than buying fresh
-
It's low in sugar, which means that it shouldn't have a load of added sugar in it - good choice! Was it a big price difference, because you would be able to eat a little more with the 5% fat? Have you tried any other stores? Try looking online before you go out; I always look at what I want in other stores nearby (on their…

Full-calorie sodas...basically any calorie-filled drinks (though I do like the rare milkshake). Also, donuts - every donut I've tried has been tasteless, I wouldn't dislike them I'd just not really like them that much.

All fizzy drinks - can't remember the last time I had them! (probably summer last year). Also, any drinks but water. I've had the occassional milkshake/latte but only about once a month. I just don't feel the need to drink my calories :) I've also cut out chocolate ANYTHING for DECHOX (a charity). That ends 1st April…

Feel free to add me, anyone!

I'd add an egg; when I used to have only oatmeal for breakfast, my stomach would rumble after a couple of hours. Now, I have about 50g of oatmeal with greek yogurt (for protein). So, I'd say yes to an egg if you're not going to eat for over 2 hrs. My breakfasts are usually about 250-300 calories. :)

Usually Greek yoghurt

When you have an urge for unhealthy snack, but then realise that you could have a lot more of a healthy snack for the same calories. I've loved reading through all all your posts!

I only tried a Snickers bar last year & I love them! I really want one now :'(
-
Snacking at night is my worst habit :s
-
Instant oatmeal & greek yogurt...I don't have much time in the mornings.
-
I have Sunpat crunchy - the only one I've ever had! I might try almond butter next, but I limit my amount of PB or else I end up eating way too much :s
-
Love this :D Very true, though.

I love tuna with my salads but some white fish tastes great, too! Turkey is low fat/high protein. You could also add some extra protein with some beans, or even nuts :p

Thank you for this - it was superbly set out and interesting to read. I have a passion for chemistry, like this, and I study a similar subject. I understand what you have said and I really do believe in the majority of what is said here. However, people need to realise that this can be different, depending on your genetic…

Greek yogurt is great because 100g only contains about 60calories. Have some fruit with it, or a cereal bar, but eat them slowly so you don't have time to eat more. ;) That's what I do, anyway. Just save about 150 calories for the evening o:)

GREEK YOGURT! It's my favourite :p I like it with an apple, banana or a cereal bar. Peanut Butter and a banana also tastes great & it's filling. Oranges are good if you're not that hungry but just want to eat - it takes a while to peel the oranges and they are full of vitamins and water to hydrate you. About 2 medium…

You can do this! I wish you all the best :)

I've just started maintaining! Please, feel free to add me, anyone!

Hiya! I started in April and didn't discover the forums until about September. I used to use MFP only on my phone - I didn't even know there was a website! I like your belief, too
-
I don't think so, unfortunately.

Hey! I'm from Peterborough - you seem like a great person to be friends with. I will support anyone and give advice when I can. My stats: SW: 192.5 CW: 138.9 GW: Was 143 but now about 137. Looking to maintain/lose very slowly as I'm finding out what weight I look best at. I can help anyone who wants to lose weight, though…

Well done! & It's great that your partner's a personal trainer :relieved:

Saturday, midday, every fortnight. I never used to measure which is a shame as I've reached my goal weight now - I don't know how many inches I've lost :/ I would probably have measured once a month...really wish I did now :s
-
Keep doing what you've been doing because it's obviously working! I agree with all of the above people :)
-
Thank you so much everyone! I'm usually concerned about sugar because I love fruit & I often go over sugar limits...I didn't know how concerned I should be.

I have the same problem!! I have greek yogurt
