  • Keep on tracking and do excercises, this is all I can say. I have reached my optimum weight in 2013 and I have not gained since that :) Actually, I am loosing fat and building muscles :) Carry on, I'm using MFP for more than 2 years now I think. No problem with snacks, just keep them well in hand.
  • I use my HRM during strength trainings as well and I log burned calories in the Cardio section, but it usually covers the whey shake and grants only a small amount of "free" calories...
  • Hey! I‘m using a Polar FT7 HRM and I really lovet it, such a neat device. Some feature that I use: displays HR in a number or you can set it to percentage. Upper pulse limit also can be set, calculates the fitness/fat burning and calories burned based on your pulse, age, height etc...stores 99 training file.
  • Do you eat back your burnt calories? Because 1400-1500 calories -800 kcals are very scarce for an adult male, and even if you're not hungry, your body's gonna switch to starvation mode and losing's gonna stop.   • 100 g frozen strawberries a half of a banana 150ml low fat milk :) Simple. But my favourite :)
