Hi all! I'm a 19 year-old girl looking to lose weight and stay healthy in college. Been using MyFitnessPal for 2 months and it helped me 8 pounds so far. Thought I'd give the community a go for motivation and tips to not gain it all back. Snacks are my biggest weakness!

    Keep on tracking and do excercises, this is all I can say. I have reached my optimum weight in 2013 and I have not gained since that :) Actually, I am loosing fat and building muscles :) Carry on, I'm using MFP for more than 2 years now I think. No problem with snacks, just keep them well in hand.
