  • Thanks for your replies. Its not a common occurrence but like you say if an event comes up I'd like to be prepared. Its the day after I find difficult, when the cravings for salt kick in! Worst ever:)
  • I'm back again, 3rd time round...had babies in between my last attempts..so now with 1 stone to lose, its like the scales have frozen!!! And i'm stuck in a rut! Need to get busy!!
  • But if i only eat over my calories on teh days i work out then it should read that i'm hitting my goal - right?
  • OK folks, 1 month on and i'm still none the lighter! Have to really push myself now. I'm thinking 2-3 days in the gym (swimming, strider, treadmill and weights). Eat lots of fruit, veg, fish, carbs (smaller amts). Drink lots of water and do the following; B/fast at 9am Snack - 11am Lunch at 1pm Snack at 3pm 6.30pm - dinner…
  • Wow guys, bit of an eye opener for me i guess. Stupidly i never took into account the calories burned so was trying to stay under the 1200 cals. And have been slack on the cooking front hence the frozen chips, fishfingers etc. OK really need to get mny *kitten* in gear - appreciate you taking the time to look at food…

  • I'm sorry but how do i make my food profile public? I've missed the first 2 weeks in April but started again on Sunday...otherwise it dates back to January. Need to get motivated again!!
  • Wow thanks for your replies...i feel i have toned and gained muscle - hence the scales wont move! I'll try eating my dinner after the gym, although it would be late at night - humm...so much advice here - its great!!! Thank you all

  • ok not eating enough...I have a full breakfast (boiled egg, 2 slices of whoelgrain toast) and tea, then lunch i try to have dinner - spag bowl or meat, spuds and veg) and fruit. Then tea fishfingers & veg or beans on toast. Because I go to the gym in the evening i thought it best to eat earlier. Is this wrong? Thanks how…
