Low carb, high protein snacks/ meals suggestions
Hi all, I'm weighing in at 155lbs and looking to lose about 12lbs. So going to try low carb, high protein. Would be grateful for any meal/ snack suggestions. Also goes do I figure out what my macros should be?

1200 calories...of rubbish!
Need a kick in the *what's it*....Been trying to hit 1200 cals a day but failing miserably!! Need to ditch the alcohol. My quality of food is junk!!! Agggg.... the more I think about trying to be good, the more rubbish i eat!! So frustrating Rant over 😏

Is it possible to still drink alcohol & lose weight? Every week I would be good, eat well & walk alot. Then hit the weekend for a few drinks & back to square 1!! Here I go again!!
Starting back today. Been fluctuating between 3-4lbs up and down on the scales for the last 3yrs!! Cannot seem to bypass this. My aim is to lose at least 10lbs. Any advise on intermitting fasting? Thanks in advance

Up & down - low carb
Can anyone help with suggestions pls. I've been trying low carb keto the last few weeks and I've been down 2lbs, up 1lb, down 1lb, like a yo-yo. - problem is im feeling hungry at night and starting to snack again!! Don't use scales, am I waisting my time?

Salty diet
Is a high salty diet just as fattening as a high sugar diet? I find at night I crave salty crackers, chips etc....the lowest fat option is pretzels or popcorn but they just don't cut it!! Tks

Clothes are looser - but weight still the same?

So snacks are my downfall! Each day I'm averaging 350-400 cals on bars, crisps or crackers! It's an evening affair, when kids are in bed and boredom sets in! I just fancy a treat but then all the good work during the day goes out the window! ! Any helpful non night time binging help!!!!

Weight loss and alcohol
Just asking in general, do most people give up alcohol altogether when trying to lose weight? Also is it pretty much no crisps, chocolate or takeaways? I'd eat well during the week, exercise twice a week but enjoy a treat at the weekends. Cannot lose weight for the life of me ! Very frustrating! !

5 months in & still nothing!!!!!
Started in February to try lose some weight, managed to lose 4lbs at one stage but put strsight back on! I'll admit I'm not great at exercise, try do pilates twice a week. Does the heat (hot weather) make you binge eat?
Honestly don't know whats happened to me, the last week I have not stopped eating! I cant concentrate when choosing the foods I want to eat so i go with the easiest, most convenient most unhealthiest options!! Bring back the cold I say.....oopss!

Can 1 day ruin all your hard work?
Yes as the title says, seems yesterday I've put up nearly 4 lbs according to today's scales! Grrrrrrrrrr so much for having a day off for mothers day - there goes all my hard work! #frustrating

3 Days off Bread and counting.....
So I've decided to give up bread for Lent....which pretty much means full fat butter too as its the only time id eat it. Day 3 in and its going well...although lunch time takes a little longer to consider!! Already don't fee as bloated as I normally did - me normally on 6-8 slices a day:)

trying 1 month and no weight loss!!!
I need help folks..i've been going to the gym the last 6 weeks, doing weight class and strider and treadmill. I've stuck to a 1400 calorie a day diet and STILL cannot lose any weight (besides 1lb). I've toned up alright, but i still weigh the same. What am i doing wrong???
