3 Days off Bread and counting.....

So I've decided to give up bread for Lent....which pretty much means full fat butter too as its the only time id eat it. Day 3 in and its going well...although lunch time takes a little longer to consider!! Already don't fee as bloated as I normally did - me normally on 6-8 slices a day:)

    I ALWAYS feel less bloated and have more energy when I don't eat bread, good for you!

    i love bread. I try not to overdo it (sometimes I let it get me though), because I too get bloaty and lethargic. Kudos to you though! I couldn't give up bread ever. The thought makes me shudder.
