    0-5lbs.

It is possible that dietary and exercise changes could lead to water retention. On the other hand, a low sodium, limited carb diet could release 5 lbs. of water in a week.

In two weeks you could lose 1-4 pounds of fat weight, depending on your current weight. Weigh your food and log correctly, be consistent and persistent, and you will lose weight.

If the ten pounds are the "last", they will be slow, but hey, that's a good thing, there's no rush as you are probably at a good weight already! You don't have to eat in a particular way to lose weight - enough water is important but none of that stuff will "help" you lose weight; the only thing that makes you lose weight is a sustained calorie deficit. Use MFP and try to hit your calorie goal every day, if you do that correctly and don't cheat, you are eating at a calorie deficit. Eat food you like, and if you want to eat healthily, make sure you are eating some fruit and vegetables and whole grains every day. Nuts, eggs, dairy and fish and meat and butter is also good. Can you cook? Google recipes for meals you like and make them yourself. More nutritious, and it can be fun

Not sure what the event is that you need to lose weight for, two weeks, especially that close to your goal, isn't going to be easy. Add some weight training to see if you can redistribute some of that weight rather than shift it entirely- it likely won't make too much difference on that short of a time-frame, but it can't hurt.
