Crave bread, crackers, salty chips, crisps!! Always try low cal options... Stupidly tried these weight loss sachets ( take before meals)... didn't do anything but mess up my metabolism. Been trying unsuccessfully to lose this weight for couple of years now!

Thanks, I'm 5ft 4 inches, BMI is 26 and I'm trying to lose a stone! Bloody hard, cannot seem to stick to goal. Do you think it's too low? I work out 3 times a week doing weight training, suit st desk most of the day!

Yes seriously need a kicking! Just got blood results back and my cholesterol is very high...This is a game changer! I've been trying to fit in 1200 cals a day, while not thinking about the foods i'm eating just hitting goal. So upping my cals to 1360 as per MFP and starting again! thanks for replies

Thank you ...I'm always up and down like a yo yo and can't seem to stay down on the scales! Have 10 lbs to lose which isn't loads but man its hard! Will give the low carb low salt a go. ..green tea/water all the way
