To visually show that weight loss isn't linear, here's my weigh-ins every day for the past four weeks:

Yup, trendweight is pretty awesome! I manually do the same thing in Excel. It certainly helps me to chill out. Sometimes 2 lbs loss is really 1 lb loss 1 lb dehydrated. So when I 'gain back' one of those lbs it isn't really a gain.

The chart is not on mfp.

I use trendweight.com. You need to create a fitbit account, you don't need a fitbit to make an account.

    Others are:

    Libra and Happy scales.

Sorry, I'm such a dummy! :D I meant to include in my post that I use trendweight.com. It's a great app that shows you fluctuations/patterns based on daily weigh-ins. All I have to do is step on my Fitbit Aria scale first thing in the morning and all that work is done for me. It's been such a useful tool in showing me what times of the month I hold the most water and what to expect out of my body.

Accuracy & honesty in logging, and consistency. As in week after week after week...
