Starting back today. Been fluctuating between 3-4lbs up and down on the scales for the last 3yrs!! Cannot seem to bypass this. My aim is to lose at least 10lbs. Any advise on intermitting fasting? Thanks in advance

Hi, I've done intermittent fasting on and of in periods. Intermittent fasting is great, and I actually enjoy it a lot. You get a feeling of being more awake, skinny and energized if you do it right
There are tons of intermittent fasting advice out there that you can follow, but I think the most important part is only to do it when it feels right. If you force yourself to starve, you might not get the results you're looking for anyways.
When I do it, I usually just skip breakfast and have lots of tea and decaf coffee1
