If you decide to give it up (I did), and I was a serious latte-a-day person., I switched to Earl Grey tea, stevia and a bit of almond milk. Coffee cravings are gone!

Hi Joseph! That must of been hard for you to write. The good news is you are ready to start working on your health goals and the first step is the hardest part. You just did that. It only goes up from here!

Hi! It wasn't for nothing...you learned what worked. You can just pick it up again! You were an inspiration to others - I'm sure they appreciated it. Start from today. Become that inspiration again.

Try liquid Stevia. It doesn't have the bitter aftertaste. Good for you!

Stevia - I love it! I never use sugar now.

I would advise to look for another job. I spent years trying to make a stressful job better. It never got better - only worse. When I finally left (because it was unbearable) - I realized how much of my time and energy it sucked out of me! Don't let anything or anybody steal your energy!

This is going to sound so silly because it's so easy - but someone had to tell me to do this before it ever crossed my mind - I put sweet potatoes whole in the crockpot and squash with a bit of water. Just make sure you pierce holes in them!
