I'd probably reach for my Panda soft licorice. Five pieces is less than 45 calories.

July 19 Using my Day Off I earned with the One Bowl book review. Got my exercise in, but not sure whether or not I was over calories.

Open to friends. I like looking at friends' diaries for new food ideas, so I like to return the favor. It also makes me feel more accountable. Haven't had any friends be judgmental.

Woke up in the early morning hours and was having trouble getting back to sleep. In the past, I would have had a snack. Haha, my Mom's tater tot casserole was my favorite meal as a kid. We must have been poorer, because ours wasn't nearly as impressive: 1 lb ground beef, pressed into the bottom of a baking dish, with 1/2 package of onion soup mix sprinkled on top, then a layer of tater tots to cover it evenly, then 1 can cream of mushroom…

I like build-your-own sandwich and wrap places. We have a couple of local chains near us that are awesome. I enjoy Panera as well.

I sprinkle a spoonful on my dry cereal before I add the almond milk. Easy!

Maybe try being more aware of the body's signals, to differentiate between physical hunger and emotional hunger.

I would suggest switching to having them just occasionally, instead of giving them up altogether. Maybe try popcorn or nuts?
