I use tide w/bleach and I wash them on a load alone. Sometimes my intense workout clothes, I let soak for about 30min before I wash. If that is good enough... try adding a bit of regular baking soda to your wash, let it soak then was as normal.... good luck!

I don't know about WW but I do like to give myself a range... MFP has me at 1430cals and I don't beat myself up if I eat up to 1600 or 1700. Some folk might feel that whoa whoa that's a large range but I never know what could come up. I workout about 3-4 times a week and I usually don't even have time to eat my all my cals…

Definitely say something, especially being together for 4 years! If this is a serious relationship, meaning you two getting married, having kids etc. better to get in shape now rather later.... don't let his weight get in the way of why you love him! In the long run, he'll thank you for it!

I have been a yo yo exerciser for the last 4 years and so that may be my issue.... but I had to stop doing squats too because I was getting cray muscle spasms and lower back pain....
