Thanks for all the comments, and kind words. Gotta admit i've been a little bit more headstrong and tuned sharply into nutrition, and fitness since I got involved here. Looks like I might hit my 9% BF goal before 2012, from what use to be about a 21% once upon a time.

A while back i ran out of mayo and so I experimented with BBQ sauce. I used a hickory smoked honey bbq in a decent portion and it was AWSOME!. Completely removed the tuna taste, and tasted more like BBQ Brisket. Used two wheat slices and still continue to do it on the occasion.
