I love it! I don't eat and extra calories because it told me I burned them, I might have a scoop of protein w/ unsweetened almond milk if I am still hungry after my regular diet. I love the HR, it keeps me motivated and I love to see the progress of my heart rate (183 to 165!) with my diet and exercise.

thanks for your input!! luckily I've only had this much extra weight for a year, so I hope I bounce back a little quicker :)

Great job on the weight loss!! I'll be okay once my skin tighten up a bit. I don't mind having small girls too much, just super annoyed with the floppiness right now!! I really think spans and hoods are going to be my new tank top hahaha
-
I want to be in a pin up in a calendar and a giant *kitten* you to some "friends" who stopped talking to me when I got fat
-
well if that was the case then I would never drink water because if I am not drinking any at all I don't get thirsty. I drank nothing but coffee for years...
-
numbers on a scale** hahaha oops

I had a lot of friends who wore dresses the whole time so they didn't have to keep buying new clothes, but that was florida and it was easier :) I think I am going to put them in storage because in a couple years I plan on making some mini me's and I think the baggy tanks will work :) I can't WAIT to donate all these size…

I think I am just going to go by the half my body weight, that's 14 cups (or 3 of my water bottles which is doable). I don't drink sports drinks unless I know I am dehydrated (hiking and long bike rides) and thanks for the insult but I know what research is.
-
I thought caffiene or alcohol actually "dehydrates you"? I usually count my coffee intake as water (but not my wine!) That's a good call tho, going by the good ol pee chart haha
-
well I used to NEVER drink any water, just coffee and wine. I've gotten a lot better about it but I am still training by body to recognize thirst from wanting coffee hahaha. I was looking the ideal number but that's just outrageous!
-
that's a really good idea!!
-
you are so pleasant and wonderful!! haha I moved away from everyone I know, so when I go back I plan on being a beautiful butterfly!!

I feel the broken glass thing. I had a trainer for a day and she cringed overtime my knees moved. I said "this is why I let myself get this way!!"

I blame my ankles on a botched military surgery hahahaha! I am definitely going to try those balance excerises!! thank you! and I did just break down and get a pair of aspics. I am waiting to get under 200 pounds to start running again because I don't want to put my knees through that! I will send an add thank you!!
-
I added you! I can't swim for weight loss, I tried it before but I have serious panic attacks as soon as my head goes underwater (waaa!!!) I can't do squats yet, but I have been doing a lot of step ups and machine work and it seems to be helping a lot! I can't wait to do squats for that lovely butt hahaha. I totally forgot…

there are a lot of people who use it to gain weight and muscle!! theres a huge group of women who just start to lose weight and then within a year they look like body builders! check out the success stories forum. It inspires me everytime :)

if you feel okay at the end of the day than that's all that matters. some days I go under 1200 some days I go 1600! it depends how weak I feel haha. I did go on a 1,000 calorie diet once (doctor told me to) , I was 5'9" and 190ish pounds. I lost weight but I was a lot more weak even with daily strength workouts (gym twice…
-
well put froggy friend
-
if I eat under 1200 but still feel good (not hungry or weak) then I drink some V8 or wine hahaha
-

okay so once a week I use a sea salt scrub with vitamin e and coconut oil (I made it so their are some extra oils in there too) and after I shower I use Jergens collagen boosting lotion, and a tightening serum on my face and neck. I think it really is helping!! if you have a little more money to spend (20-30 a bottle)…
