Anyone else constantly change their goals?
At first my goal was to drop 70ish pounds and do so however. A week later my goal is to drop 80 or half my body fat%, to run a half marathon, to strength train 3x a week, cardio 6x, and I told myself weekly weigh ins but now I find my self on the scale as soon as I wake up hahaha

I am looking to join a gym and Anytime Fitness is close by, and since they are a chain and everywhere and 24/7 I think it's a great idea, but I was looking for any input anyone has from this gym? Thanks for the feedback!!

How often do you weigh in?
As of now I plan on doing a weekly weigh in and monthly taping. I sometimes get anxious and weigh in early and (like today) when the weight is a little bit higher I get so discouraged! (don't worry I am behaving) But I was just curious as what other people do so I can try that :)
