I'm 49 this July and yes you've described a lot of my issues. I think the slow to no weight loss, despite keeping to my targets [mostly] is the hardest thing. My fitness is good but my body wants to do its own thing regarding weight and shape. Please feel free to add me :-)

Sourced the article about computing the projected height based on arm span et al. I figured that I should be 5'8.5" instead of 5'6" , two curves one lumbar and other thoracic. I'm very impressed with Runtastic,works off gps on my phone and accurate with my HRM.Also syncs to MFP .What more could I ask for ? Now if it could just do my run/walk while I rest !!!!!!!! :noway:

Well I finished today and went out on a high literally!! Climbed our local mountain here,after a walk on the beach.2000ft.
