  • Congrats Ladies, I'm 13 weeks about to leave the first trimester but still looking for some friends to help motivate me to keep this weight under control. Already gained 4kg's in the first tri. Eeeeeek....
  • Most definitely, coffee is one of my food barriers. I love a good latte but not the calories that come with them. This week I'm going to try black coffee and herbal teas only.

  • Also one of my downfalls. Ice cream and cream biscuits, especially shortbread.. Mmmmm. I agreed with all of the above but also like to have herbal teas too. I love peppermint tea, chai tea and cranberry tea. They are great and are not gone I one bite, like some of the other bite size options.
