I recently finished the 60 day program, and its very hard and yes I'm still considered obese, but it can be done. I would highly recommend doing 30 day shred first then moving on to Insanity. You still will not be completely prepared (nothing can completely prepare), but it does help.

Look up scooby calculator, enter in his info and it will tell you his bmr, tdee, and a15% deficit. Than manually put the calories that the deficit says under goals and custom of mfp tab. Hope this helps.

Mine did that last summer, the only thing I could figure out is that when it's hot with a high humidity it affected it more. I have no idea why that affected it but it did not do it at all when the weather got cooler.

Great job, but don't over do it. I've had to slow down and even stop some of the weight lifting due to elbow pain. It's not fun, and hate to hear your having problems with it.

I bet Mike could explain better, but here goes. I use my coffe table and put legs out in front of me with arms on coffee table behind me and then you lower yourself down till your arms are parallel with coffee table and lift back up. Kind of like a reverse push up. It was alot more difficult than I thought it would be.
