Dips
I read in the forums to get rid of the "bat wings" on my arms I need to do dips. Oh Lord I did them but they kicked my butt! But I can say I think it will help, so thought I'd pass this on to any of my "bat winged" friends. LOL!!!! What have you found that works best for problem areas? Please share!

Reduce calf size
I really want to reduce my calf size, do to it makes buying pants sometimes difficult. I do cardio at least 5 days a week that includes treadmill, elliptical, and Zumba. Running is not a option due to knee pain. Any ideas?

losing weight but not clothes size
Is anyone else having this problem? I'm losing weight, 46 pounds to be exact, but have only gone down one pant size, which can be very discouraging. You would think after that amount of weight lose it would be at least two sizes, and because of this I feel like no one can tell I've lost weight. I never get those comments…

Nike iPod shoe sensor
Has anyone used the nike ipod sensor and how accurate do you think it is? I have one and used it while walking on treadmill but it showed a very large difference in calories burned compared to what treadmill said. My treadmill is about 8 years old so it could be it but just curious what others experience has been.

Not sleeping well
Since I've started the lose 10 lbs in August the challenge is burn 500 calories, which I have accomplished both days so far.
