  • yes, so much fun!!! i'm sure i look like a FOOL doing zumba, but it doesn't matter! because you're just dancing for yourself and for no one else. :) plus, once you get the hang of the moves, you really notice an improvement in ~dance skills~, haha.

  • i genuinely couldn't taste the tofu -- but perhaps that's because i'm so used to the taste of tofu in the first place! even when you first open the package and smell the tofu, it just smells like chocolate. it's incredible. as far as texture is concerned, i made sure to blend the batter well enough so that it was smooth…
  • one question i do have -- how do you keep the amount of protein you need? one thing i'm worried about is cutting out meat, and therefore cutting out a large portion of my daily intake of protein.
