I also have a secret stash of Pappy 20 and 23 in my closet. I don't trust my friends. Or my husband. Or my cat. Or me.

And you want the URL of the gif itself, not the URL of a page of gifs.

So you don't go back to your old habits; you're developing new ones. If you continue to eat at a deficit (either through diet alone or through diet and exercise), you'll continue to lose weight. You'll want to find the right balance to maintain your current weight. Increase your calories slowly to figure out what you need…

I only got through page 4.
-
Base on your original post and your profile, I thought you had already lost the weight?

A lot of great bourbons have already been mentioned. I don't think I've seen Willett go by. I'm a big fan of the Willett pot still reserve and family estate bottled bourbons. For mixing, we go with Old Forester.

Yeah, you are a little low on the protein, in my opinion. Have you increased your calories in since you hit your goal weight? Netting 1450/day seems pretty low for maintenance, but then again I don't know your height/weight. Have you calculated your TDEE?
-
Without being able to see your diary, my first *guess* would be that you're not eating enough. How many calories are you aiming to net?
-
The way MFP is supposed to work is that you eat back your exercise calories. You are looking to net 1200 calories. One caveat is that MFP tends to overestimate calorie burns (if that's how you're estimating). Some people choose to eat only a portion of their exercise calories back. Figure out what works for you. All that…

And, this is now on my queue. Sounds awesomeful.

I know you mentioned your doctor, but are you doing physical therapy? A physical therapist might be your best bet for getting recommendations for activities suited to your current situation.
-
Yup. Pull throughs are definitely awkward but effective.
-
You already have some great recommendations on apps. This is also a great read when you're starting out: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/1217573-so-you-want-to-start-running

Honestly, his proper grammar and punctuation usage are dead giveaways that English isn't his first language.

-Have you had your gallbladder removed? Yes. -If so, how did this effect your weight loss efforts? I was a healthy weight at the time, but I will say I didn't put on weight after the surgery. Well, not immediately. That came years later and was unrelated. -How did your eating habits change? I don't handle really high fat…

Words can hurt, but glitter theft? That's stone-cold bullsh!t.

Some really good ones were already taken, so I'll go with Gwyneth Paltrow.

This is why I love a traditional margarita from scratch: 2oz tequila blanco, 1oz orange curacao, and 1 oz fresh lime juice = 218 calories. The only problem is they're small, and, therefore, they have a tendency to go away quickly and get replaced with more.
-
That's a totally legit problem. Sometimes I forget how to chew.

To me, fart-powered running is accompanied by The Jetsons' hovercraft's sound effect.

Definitely eat the whole chicken. We buy whole chickens, break them down into quarters, make stock from the bones, eat breasts one night, and eat legs the next. (Also, potatoes roasted in schmaltz are delicious.)

This, but I need the length to weigh my hair down. Too bad my hair only got curly and big when I hit my 20s; it would have ROCKED in the 1980s.
-
Yup.

Yes, clearly that yogurt I chowed down this morning is doing me more harm than good.
-
And when your liver craps out on you, you're back to getting drunk really easily! Wait, that's really bad. Don't do that. Stick with the be kind to your liver bit.
-
All of this.
