I think this is a fabulous idea. Should help make the process more manageable My weekly goals: 1) lose 1.25 lbs 2) When I go for my beach vacation this long weekend, to still keep within my macros 3) Green tea/ water ONLY 4) Continue to "PRESS PLAY" throughout my vacation. Good luck all of you!
