If you are looking to lose weight, as long as you eat at a deficit, then you should be just fine!

We season our Tilapia with a garlic season blend (found at walmart) and then broil it for about 8 minutes. Comes out nice and dry...just the way we like it! And, you can steam up some green beans with it. Tasty stuff! Enjoy, Nicki
