You can't? Who can't eat an apple or some extra food? That confuses me.... I can eat anything, just with given time.

I can't live on 1,300 calories. I mean I can, but I can't. I wouldn't force myself to eat the calories if I didn't want them but I work out so I CAN eat more. I wish food had less calories to it but to live I have to, so. God knows, I'm in trouble if you aren't supposed to eat them back.

Pizza isn't always bad. Trust me. Just knowing what's in it and what you're putting into the meal is important. Making your own might be good? I do that sometimes, control what's in it. Throw on some veggies.

I don't plan to do the water fast for long, 30 days is quite insane... I don't think that'd be good at all. I was talking more a day or 2. I've done it for surgery before, not exactly unhealthy to me to do it for a small period of time.

Tuna is good in my book, thank you. I'll google that. Fresh fruit and veggie detox sounds like basically all I eat now aside from wheat and cheese. However... 3 day wont work unless I can remove chicken and other meats from it. I eat seafood once a week but I'm a vegetarian :/ Won't work properly heh

Well my cousin who weighs around 50 got on and it read 39 pounds. It misread my other cousin as well. They're children of course, so ok not 20 but this just kills me a little. On the hunt for a better scale. What happened to the simple scale?

Yes, with my clothes on and shoes I weigh 3 pounds more! so valuable to take um off if you can.

I wouldn't really go vegetarian just to lose weight. I think once you pick up meat again you'll have to transition back which might result in gain if you don't do it well. It's a lifestyle choice. Hm... I'll pick it up and read it though

I'm probably the only person in the world who will have a hard time licking a spoonful of honey, I'm sensitive to sugar, it gives me headaches. But I do LOVE potatoes, so that's an easy thing.

Eek, see i know it's little calories but I can't stand it black, at all. Without a little sugar it's not going to work for me, that was my concern. I hear of sugar substitutes but they always end up proving they're worse for you. and frankly don't taste as well!
