I do the same even though I burn more calories than it gives. We also do hip hop tracks with alot of high intensity choreography. I love the ZUMBA party!!!!!!!!!

I know it's hard to deal with the news, but it could mean they just didn't get a clear picture. If God takes you to it, he can surely take you through it. Try not to let this worry you too badly. Try to focus on something positive until its over.
