prob fluid retention don't be disheartened you went to gym! These things can take time. As soon as I started lifting my body was shocked and the weight fell off; lost about 203 kg in the first 2-3 weeks

Do what works for you, the fact that we are all different and respond to different techniques is paramount. I have used all but find with Smith Machine and heavier weights, this results in a musclier physique. As I want to maintain that leanness I opt for dumb bells or kettle bells.

you need to change your routine stat. Gym shouldn't be viewed as a chore more a lifestyle change and something that you can consistently adhere to. Allow your MFP family to support you and once you receive the positive feedback their words will only encourage you.
