Well it helps that I never got out of the habit - I've been doing a least one full 48 hour fast each week no matter what (even the weeks of Christmas and Thanksgiving) because I know the moment I let it be optional, I'll fall out of the habit because then it's not a real lifestyle ya know? :)

Yeah it's fairly sustainable for a loss schedule but it probably wouldn't be for maintenance LMAO I'm pushing hard til May and then I'll go back on a more relaxed schedule, even if I have to lose slower after that....having an end in sight makes my day-to-day easier :)

Just checking in guys :) almost 2 full weeks of regular OMAD and down to 161.5 - I think by next week I'll be back down to 158 so THEN we'll be back on track and on a losing path - I'll post more once I hit that but right now it's just annoying time to get back down without the fasting *sigh* LOL

Take it day by day babe - I've been back on OMAD and while I didn't get the the big drops I'm used it, I'm going down about a pound a day if I stick to it - it WILL work!!!! Just stick to the agenda and think of it like your 3-day fasts, NON-NEGOTIABLE!!! :)

I hope so gals, because it IS super frustrating - if they were baby fasts or I was inconsistent or something, fine BUT PERFECT FASTS?!? MRAH! LOL Back on regular OMAD which simultaneously feels like a vaca and HORRIBLE (I hate OMADing and counting cals on the weekends...annoying LOL)
