Another 1.4 down this week to 153.4!!!! Averages out to 1.6 over 2 weeks or 0.8 a week!!! Excellent pace and I'm thrilled with that. Keeping my Tuesday in line really seems to make the difference for me so fx for another seller week this week π

I AM measuring as of 4 weeks ago (that was my first measurement) but didn't see much movement in the first check in....we'll see tomorrow though πππ I'm not really working out enough to be building THAT much muscle PLUS I'm at a deficit which makes is SUPER hard to gain muscle simultaneously. Just keep at it boo β€οΈ every day is a new chance to start over....you know consistentcy is key so if you've gotta start at 20:4 and ease your way in, DO IT!!! The right "diet" is the one you'll do! Set yourself up for success by being realistic about what you can handle right now and master that before moving on π Just myβ¦

Forgot to report in on Friday but only lost a measley 0.2 lbs πππ 154.8 I did a big workout Tues and frankly, I overate on my mini fast Tues so it's MY OWN DOING π© I'm sticking with salmon salad and fruit tomorrow so hopefully that'll get me into the 153s this week π€·π»ββοΈπ€·π»ββοΈπ€·π»ββοΈ Love yas β€οΈ

Happy Friday OMAD squad π 155 even this morning, so a 0.4 lb loss this week which I will TOTALLY take π So I'm at 6.6 pounds in 8 weeks so it's slow going....i wouldn't normally care of it moves slowly BUT Mama comes back to town in April and it makes it so much harder so I'm gonna hafta switch up my schedule somehow, I'llβ¦

MWAHAHAHAHAHa 155.4 :) Only a 1 lb loss but on PMS week, and after the LAST few weeks?!?!? I'll definitely take it :) Not looking like I'm going to make goal by my May 7th goal so I think my goal will be 148 by May 7th :) Feeling good about progress and gonna keep on truckin' <3 Hope everyone had a great week!!!

LMAO I suspect it's because I had SO MUCH salt over the weekend, and knowing I was PMSing this week, I focused on high water content food yesterday and kept the cals to like 600 cals. Omgggggggg that's so amazing!!!! I'm loving the lack of rebound AND the new plan!!! 2000 is totally great when you're doing omeod!!! My weekend days range between 2500-3500 and I'm still losing so 2000 should give you AWESOME losses ππ

Final weigh in 156.4...so a total of 0.6 lbs in the last 2 weeks. It's a loss which is more than I can say about last week so I'll take it πππ I am still a tiche bloated so the next couple weeks might be a lil rough but I'll stay the course π
