  • Making up your mind to get back on track is half the battle. I've just recently gotten back on track myself. I'd suggest giving the cupcakes away :) Start tracking your food. Really makes us accountable! Good luck!

  • Hi I'm also trying to lose about 25 lbs. I could use a weight loss buddy too! It's good to have someone to share our weight loss efforts and give each other encouragement. I went over my calorie limits yesterday. :( Thankfully I didn't gain, starting fresh today. So far sticking to the plan! Hope you are able to as well!
