Woohoo! Keep it up!

Tell us more and maybe we can help.

I can tell you that living a healthy lifestyle became a lot easier for me when I got a job closer to home (work from home ftw)! I know you don't want to move to where your work is, so maybe you can work closer to where you live?

What single thing can you do for yourself to begin this journey?

You don't deserve being treated the way you are. Just try to remember that they are the ones who have to carry around that misery in their brains. How sad for them. You, however, can choose to be happy. Choose happiness for yourself and let others despair as they will.

I'm down another inch on my waist even as my weight remains the same. I'm getting stronger and filling out my shirts more.

Don't try to do it all at once. Focus on simple tasks that you can accomplish. One not-so-great workout is better not going at all. If you fall, that's ok, but get back up again before too much time passes. Most of all, you are worth it. Never doubt that.

What matters is that you are back. Welcome home.

For anyone suffering from chronic pain related to inflammation, Boswellia may help.

Err, apparently I can't edit my post. This should say 1,400 calories.

I don't think going lower is advised, especially if you are trying to lose weight. A higher protein diet will assist with muscle retention. I am pescetarian as well and am currently hitting my goal of 140 grams most days. A typical day for me looks like this: Breakfast: 1 cup egg beaters with 2 Morningstar Farms breakfast…

You owe it to yourself to check out truenutrition.com. They have lots of flavors and you can make your own blend. Get 2x flavoring with whichever blend you choose. The chocolate peanut butter is yummy.

46 here. Just got back into the game. Training is now top priority for me. I totally agree about the clanking of the iron, the pump and the feeling you get. I'm not dead yet, suckas!

You can do it!

We don't know each other, but here's what I can gather from this post and your profile. You're a hard worker and committed. Working out 5 days a week takes work. You used to be around 200lbs and, even if the scale today was accurate today, holy crap that's AMAZING. How many people can say they lost that much weight and…

The first step is the hardest. I bet if you can take that first step, everything else will fall into place.

I clicked on this link thinking I was going to get a glimpse at understanding that baffling creature that is the woman. Defeated again. Sigh.

I know a few people with depression and anxiety and it has mostly helped them with anxiety, as well as sleep. I even know a senior dog who seems much happier when taking it.

The first step is always the hardest. Can you treat yourself to just one workout? I bet you can do it.

You're doing great! Keep it up.

I thought I recognized you from peopleofwalmart.com! ;)

Indeed. As the light passes from one candle to another, neither is diminished.

That is absolutely amazing.

I don't believe this.

Hahaha! This is not helpful.

Light & Fit greek yogurt ftw if you can get it in your area. Low calories, tastes good and excellent source of protein.

It sounds like a visit to the doctor may be in order, just to make sure all the baselines are covered. In the meantime, today is a new day. Treat yourself nicely today by not overindulging. Enjoy some delicious fruit or some other healthy snack that you enjoy. Just make sure it doesn't feel like you are depriving yourself.

You're taking positive steps and that's the right thing to do. Don't forget to get some sunshine when you can and engage in social activities. I know it can be a real effort, but it can also help.

You have been going through something very, very difficult. Be gentle on yourself. This will take time. There will be good days and bad days. After some time, you'll be able to look back with fondness. In the meantime, if you fall, just remind yourself that you're going through a lot. Get back up before too long passes and…
