I think you can do it! Most exercise dvd's say you can loose like 6 inches in the first 3 weeks... so find something you like and stick with it for a month... oooh I didn't know that you could get a sports bra one! That's awesome LOL like most people say, the chest strap you almost forget about it being there... I put mine on then the sports bra over, and you can't tell and it doesn't bother me! And I agree a HRM that doesn't have a chest strap isn't as accurate

I'd say stick with the walking... but I'm sure doing all those other workouts you are toning a lot, and that would be good! I also fell for the acai berry and some kind of colon clense... you have to be careful of where you get the pills to take... most aren't processed right away so you get the nutrients and if they aren't they won't work.
