bump, thanks... this is a great idea, I've done similar with a tortilla and place in the oven then roll it up, but definitely less calories using the bread! Also gave me an idea for the kids snacks since they are home all week long :)

I have Hip Hop Abs and like that, after a while it gets old tho, but it is fun... I've also heard Turbo Jam and Turbo Fire are awesome as well!

gosh I completely hear you, lots of my friends are burning more then 2,000 a day! Any time I have burnt that much I try to eat at least half of them back, it depends on the day... sometimes working out makes me less hungry and I have a hard time eating those calories back, but when I drink protein shakes it's not to bad to…

I was going to say that as well... seems your calorie goal is low for being a man... also it seems like men have it easier to loose weight without really much effort, just my experience!

WOW great job! I think it's fairly normal just because it's a change from the usual. Sticking to your calorie goal alone will help you loose weight! Welcome to the site and just keep sticking to your calorie goal and watch the weight go down :)

I've always measured the smallest part of waist just under my ribs and then at my belly button, because right at the belly button is the worst LOL always bigger and where it sticks out... so I'm glad when that measurement has gone down a little, and it seems to take forever.

I would say you are eating to few calories... you want to be as close to equal on your calories... so if you get 1200 calories, you should be eating 1200 calories... and if you burn calories from exercise you need to eat those back

I agree, eat them back... but if you are and have been loosing weight like planned and not eating them back I wouldn't change anything until you stop loosing weight doing so and then mix it up and start eating them... it also depends on how many calories you are burning as well... I know if I burn high calories like 500+…

Welcome to the site, it's wonderful! I have a set of twins... they are now 2 years old, along with 3 older children... I feel you on not being able to exercise daily, it's a challenge, but watching your calories and staying within your goal is definitely great! Add me if you like :)
