  • Hi all 👋 My target for December is 50 miles/80km, either walking or running. I do hope to build this up over time, gradually building in some runs. Here's my update for December (I didn't start til the 2nd): 2 - 8.5km walking. Off to a good start 😀 3 - 8.6km walking. Yay! Another decent day. Good luck to everyone else!
