Sounds good. I'm finding since using FP that I'm more mindful of what I'm eating and how many cals I have left at the end of the day. Also surprised at the sugar content in fruit, however I feel fruit is healthy and it's not processed sugar. I have Natvia in my tea/coffee.

I started using MFP last week and have lost 2 kg so far. Live the movie FS&ND too and have done some mega juicing, but now want to incorporate a juice breakfast into my 1500 cals p/day. and this is what I wanted to know too...how to count calories from juices. Thanks for starting this topic.

Not eating enough can make you feel slightly sick or unwell. I am overweight and don't eat all that much and I've been told you need to eat more to lose weight.
