What I need is an exercise buddy. Even in covid times. Also so tired of try to come up with recipes and the keto plan just made me loathe eggs. Just thinking about it makes me nauseous. So now what? I need to stay low carb, low fat, low cal and avoid gluten as much as possible to.

I wonder if my metabolism is suffering from my caloric intake. 🤔. Going to have to reexamine my daily logs to see why I'm not losing weight on Keto alone. I do know I need to get up and moving though. Feeling old and ugly.

Need to lose 30+ lbs depending on darn scale I'm on. I also need to make these changes a lifestyle habit. Been trying to stay Keto for almost a month and it's very difficult. Not seeing any progress. 😭

That's why I started the Keto diet. It goes beyond that though, it has to become a forever lifestyle. I think I'm grieving.

If your doctor won't work with you....find a doctor that will. It is important to understand WHY they will not support your requests and then argue your point. Do your research and always self Advocate.

What do they actually do in that type of class? How tough was it? Was it hard on your knees or back? I always wanted to try it but am to embarrassed.
