Hi Kelly! You sound very similar to me also 29 - 30 in November! I have been married 7 years but have been with my husband 13 years in November. We would also love to have a family - hopefully soon if nothing gets in the way! I went on weight watchers about 2 years ago and lost a good aount of weight but my priorities…

Hiya!! It totally depends on your body! sorry! I personally have found that at the minute I need to eat back all of mine otherwise I go into starvation mode, i'm expecting that to change as I lose more weight. My advice is to try eating back your exercise cals for a week and see what happens, if you don't lose much then…

Hi! If you cook meat without additional fat (e.g. frying) it can't absorb any so boiling ground beef will be leaner than frying it. You have to remember though red meat is not as good for you as white meat (cholesteral and all that) - but everything in moderation  Good luck with your new healthier diets…

Hi! I wanted something accurate but without too many functions (and fairly cheap) so after ALOT of research I went for the Polar FT4. It's fantastic, just what I wanted - easy to use and set up, heart rate, calories burned, time in zone, timer for active workouts and of course a clock. The best price I found was on Amazon…

Hi Looking at the Lions eggs website I couldn't find anything that said it changes. I would assume that if you cook it in oil (fry) then yes as you would have the cals from the oil, but boiling and poaching and scrambling (without butter or milk) it would stay the same xx

hey!! Just a thought maybe your doing too well?! - Your body might have adjusted to what your doing already and stopped for a while. How often are you weighing yourself - I wouldn't do it more than once a week as otherwise it can be a bit unrealistic as our body changes day to day. How long have you stayed the same for?…

Hi! Yes I suffer from depression - on and off since 2000. I have been through counselling twice, both times have helped massively. Every time I feel as though i'm coming out of it something happens and I seem to slip back in, it makes my weight loss journey all the harder as I eat when i'm depressed :frown: I have found…

Hi!! My tip is to keep using the site - I have found it so easy to stop for a day, then another, then another........ I'm doing it again - day 1 today :) My other tips are: drink water if you want a snack and not really hungry and to keep your hands busy!! Good luck xx
