  • Sorry for the delay. Spreadsheet will be coming soon. Computer hard drive died (platen/disk type) and I can't use tablet for spreadsheet. New SSD drives installed (no platen/disk to go bad). Reloading drives with backup, but it takes time. So I haven't forgotten about the spreadsheet. :flowerforyou:

  • For some reason it wouldn't let me edit my previous post. Grrrr.... After reading more of the acceptance email, further down on the page is an example of how to fill the calendar out and a LINK to download the calendar. Sometimes when I don't know what I'm doing, I end up doing things the hard way! LOL Hope this helps.…

I didn't want to "download" calendar to computer because I thought it was something digital to record the walking on a phone, so didn't click the download.   • Glad you are feeling better and back on track! You are correct. The beauty of this challenge, even though it says 20 pounds, you can always set your weight loss goal for the challenge to whatever you feel comfortable with. I do it each challenge. :flowerforyou:

  • Every weekday morning, since November 11, 2017, I have been going to the gym. I had a hard time walking a mile, which is 12 laps. Worked my way up to walking 2.5 miles, which is 30 laps. Then added sprinkled running laps within the 30 laps. Took awhile to get used to running 1 lap. Then worked up to 6 laps, then two sets…

  • I've hit ONErland this challenge. Now to stay there!! I kept yoyoing up and over, then down and under. So far, all of this last week I've been able to stay down under by 2lbs!
