  • 198 lbs in the morning and 18 percent body fat. So weight hasnt changed much but i can fit in size 35 jeans now. I think when this thread started I was still in 38. So the extra weight must be water or muscle, dunno.
  • Sorry no, not weighing the food. Just going by what the packaging says. If it says a cup of rice is 400 calories, then I guess a cup of rice is 400 calories.
  • update, im down to 199 in the morning, still bringing in 1200-1300 calories and doing that power 90 work out

  • K thnx. I just googled weight loss forums, and noticed 95 percent of them were dead and no one used. Then I saw this one where someone replies like every 5 minutes, so I can see how it would be a nice place for trollers.
  • Is it normal to be attacked so quickly on this website? Is there an admin around that watches for this stuff? What else do you want me to say man, everything i posted is true.
  • Ok well I dont know what else to say, I swear to god 1800-2000 a day. Not much activity other than mowing the lawn. No bragging or anything but I had a brain tumor removed 20 years ago and still have seizures if that helps any. Maybe the seizures helped me keep my weight down to only a pound per year. If its funny go ahead…
