I did it last year and lost inches scale stayed the same. I wore a pair of jeans that I haven't wore in years. My friend even said my stomach looked good:) Ive always had a lower pooch belly, but it was WAY down. I am now doing it again in the mornings and at night I'm doing turbo fire.

I feel the same and heard the same. Ive been working out for month and half. I can tell ive lost inched but not weight. Ive gone up in weight. So I feel im gaining muscle. I did 30 dayshed. And thats were I lost inches.I want both
