A lot of food seems to have gone down my throat over the years.

Okay, who's gonna clean the coffee off my monitor? Sum Ting Wong...

I tried pushing myself away from the dinner table. It did wonders for me.

Re-read your question. Never force yourself to eat. Pay attention to your body. It will tell you what to do. I noticed a funny thing about my body (well, lots of funny things, but let's not go there)... the closer I get to a meal, the hungrier I get.

36 pounds so far for me since May 22. The time went by in the blink of an eye.

One day doesn't kill us... doing the same thing day-after-day kills us. Call BS on yourself, shrug your shoulders, and get back to it starting with the next meal.

If you lose weight super fast, skin can become sort of loose, and loose skin is associated with aging. And, when you lose weight, creases reappear in the facial area. But like others have said, overall, losing weight tends to peel back the years.

Nothing to be scared... look at this way... you're taking control. I'd encourage you to be complete and honest in tracking your calories. In fact, consider taking a day and eat as you normally have in the past. You may be surprised to find that to learn that the calories you think you consume is different from what you…

Whoa, that's not normal. Is the thirst a burning one? If so, have you been tested for diabetes?

Yeah, "rest days" relate to weight lifting. Lifting weights literally damages muscle tissue. You have to do "rest days" to give the muscles time to repair themselves, which they do by making themselves denser and bigger.

Depends on your definition of "bodybuilding". I was part of an organization for a few years where we lifted weights to cut down on miscellaneous injuries common to the profession. Nothing vain about it.

High chlorine content possible? Do you filter the water you drink?

Planning to get on an elliptical after work, at which point it won't matter that I'm sweating.

What if you're immortal? I'm asking, because ya never know...

As a not-great-looking guy, trust me, there is a shortage of people who are willing to judge me. If it were me, I'd marry the boyfriend. I promise you, the minute you achieve what society says is "good looking", the society police will change the rules to something else.

Here, here... when combined with a whole grain bread, a PB sandwich makes a complete protein.

Can't tell... I went blind.

I find that when you throat punch certain people, they have a hard time saying awful things.

Well, I don't think so. The only formula I've ever seen is 220 - your age = your maximum heart rate. Here's a link to calculate your THR: http://www.wikihow.com/Calculate-Your-Target-Heart-Rate BTW, some fitness people believe that high intensity interval training (where you vary your THR range in intervals as you workout)…

I don't send FRs to girls because that seems creepy to me. But feel free to add me if you think I would be helpful.

I got a groan pull just by looking at that.

Yeah, because the streets are overflowing with kids having heart attacks from over exertion.
