For my challenges this week: Still working on #1 (videos) #2, My choice is the NY, NY-Turkey Trot; It is a goal of mine to participate in a real 5k. Slowing adding things for week. Stairs are hard, knocking some out each day. Totally missed the dances were with mundoguyi. I have danced to his videos off and on for a while, love them. Done deal

Twin mommy here too! My boy/girl pair turned 3 in March :smiley: They are definitely one of many reasons to why I started losing weight. I was always obese, so I can't blame any weight gain on them. Lost and maintained 135lb loss on my own over the past 2.5 years

Started with a trainer the past week and it's been great but now my diet is off track lol. Did several of the challenges this week though so that's a plus.

Spices at our place are usually about the same, hot or garlic lol. Stepped out this week and tried a kimchi mixed salsa on chicken. My goals: get back to daily logging and being consistent with my eating. I went really crazy over the last month and gained 10lbs. My original hope was to hit 175 by the first of the year. I will try my best to get back into the 180s. Do we weigh in on a spreadsheet etc?
