I also found putting lotion works, there are some on the market that are skin tightening and wearing the slimmng undergarmets that hold the belly in too, it seems to retrain the belly to tighten up a bit

Not sure but I have read that lemon detoxifies, so maybe you are getting rid of toxins. Of course it may also only be water weight if itis cleansing you out. However, Green tea has been shown to up the metobolism so a cup a day is always beneficial.

it took me over a month to see success but now I am starting to lose. At first I was eating too much, then too little, you just have to keep going, find what works for your body, then stick with it.

I let myself have a bad day a week (within reason) that way I dont feel guilty. Its usally on Sat, I have wine and/or chocolate and even chips. But I still lose as long as I stay on track the rest of the week. I also dont gorge at all meals on my "bad" day.
