Thank you for all the good suggestions. I did go and get some of the 100 Calories pack snacks.. they are pretty good. I love Veggies so I think Im good there, I just needed something for my sweet tooth.:smile:

Well I took the first step yesterday, I want to be able to lose a "few" pounds and keep them off. I am a single mother of a 7 year old little boy. We tend to eat out a lot and of corse snack. Does anyone know if its bad to go over your daily protein intake? I seem to do just fine with the Cal, Carbs and Fat... I am having a hard time staying undur my protein limit? Thanks
